Phil is a former Iron Man competitor and an avid cyclist. He trains by commuting 30 miles each work day on his bike rain or shine.

Sarah Anne wants to challenge herself to be in the best physical shape after having twins in October. She is a long time cyclist and spin instructor.

Blaine is passionate about cycling and loves what riding does for him spiritually and physically. This will be his first STP, which he hopes to complete in 1 day.

Nathan rides for the friendships and competitiveness of cycling. He enjoys keeping up with other cyclists and pushing himself harder.
